Have a look at the top right of the Acer page right above all the tabs and select you OS 806 the drop down, About half way down and look for Chipset Driver Intel it looks like for W7 x64 the latest version is 8.
That told me that my PC didn’t meet the requirements to install it. I have tried Intel updates for the chipset, and Prowin Find More Posts by Sardonicus.
